A young man who grew up in Ningbo did not think that was right, and decided to take matters into his own hands. This is the true story of Sin-Tzu Weng's heroism, his imprisonment and the eventual escape that brings him to America with nothing but his hopes and dreams. Here, Weng is met with new challenges, but along the way, a radio and a waltz give him hope and the strength to persevere.
