No Rain at Fmovies. Filmmaker Tal Maoz’s graduation project from Tel Aviv University’s Department of Film and Television Studies follows the story of Moran, an IDF commander of a basic training camp who must deal with a difficult soldier who is struggling to comply with the military’s code of conduct and seems to have developed feelings for her. When she brings him in for an assessment with an army psychologist who then recommends that he be discharged from service, private and commanding officer grow closer – but their newfound intimacy, in turn, unleashes a violent, dangerous outburst.
