Salwa, the Little Girl Who Talks to Cows at Fmovies. The High Dam project led to the creation of new communities and the reclamation of land. The film tells the story of a young girl living near the newly irrigated areas. She forms a bond with a cow named Salwa at the project site. When the cow dies, the girl is devastated. A veterinarian gives her a new cow, and the state eventually hands over the reclaimed land to the villagers.
