Meanwhile, at the Megadeath hideout, a monster is training new recruits, but the recruits aren't improving, and they end up receiving punishment from the monster... And finally, Joe Matsudaira reaches Ken Kusanagi's location. The confrontation between the two Cyber Zs finally begins...!
