Trincheiras at Fmovies. In a black community on the outskirts of Recife, female solidarity ensures the celebration of Jade Nicole’s 8th birthday, even while her mother is away at work. The community, located on a flight path, hears the sound of airplanes as the children imagine wars from old movies. The adults join forces to survive their daily battles.
