Uncle Jo's Cabin at Fmovies. 1967, the Six-Day War breaks out. Lili (9) and her mother Mina leave Tunisia in a hurry and are welcomed in Saint-Denis in the apartment of Aunt Denise, Uncle Jo and their four children. Lili does not like it there: she misses Tunis, its light, its perfumes. The apartment is small, the buildings are gray, the cousins are noisy. Aunt Denise is addicted to cleaning and Uncle Jo, depressed, spends his days on the balcony looking at a vacant lot full of trash. Until the day Uncle Jo disappears. Lili finds him at the foot of the building, cleaning the vacant lot. She then decides to help him, even if the neighbors and family think they are crazy : together they create a magical and wonderful garden out of this wasteland!
