Weaving

Weaving at Fmovies. An examination of weaving and the loom as the predecessor to modern-day computing. Using punched cards, weaving programs were designed for looms in 18th century, and by the dawn of the 19th century, the process was automated. This was the percursor of modern computing hardware.
