ECS (Eames Contact Storage) at Fmovies. Produced to introduce the functions and design properties of the Eames Contract Storage units. This innovative use of live-action and animation accompanies an Eames script which includes the famous Eames quote “The details are not details, they made the architecture – the gauge of the wire, the selection of the wood, the finish of the castings – connections, the connections, the connections. It will, in the end, be these details that provide service to the customer and give the product its life.” Featured in the Festival International du Film de Montreal, 1961.
